1. How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle and PayPal payments using PayPal Express to process payments securely.
You do not have to have PayPal account to pay for an order.
At checkout you will be redirected to PayPal to make payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, select the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option, or "Create an account". You will be prompted to enter your card information then allowed to proceed with payment directly, with the option to create a new PayPal account to facilitate future payments.
2. When will my order ship?
All orders (exceptwholesale) are shipped from our warehouse in Pennsylvania. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.
3. How long does shipping take?
We have partnered with ShipHero in Pennsylvania, USA to ship orders on our behalf for faster delivery to you. Waiting time for shipments are as follows:
DHL USA Shipping: 3 - 7 business days
DHL International Orders: 5 - 10 business days
4. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do take wholesale and bulk orders for herbs, sea moss and soaps. Please visit the Wholesale page in the footer menu for more details on how to make Wholesale Orders or email us at email@example.com
5. When will you restock sea moss?
We respect the cycle of nature and only harvest sea moss when Mama Sea is ready to share! Our next harvest will take place once the weather is suitable for free-diving and the wild sea moss has grown to acceptable levels, allowing us to collect some without depleting the wild stock. Please subscribe to our mailing list to be notified of the next harvest and restock.
6. Where do you get your herbs?
All our herbs are ethically harvested from untouched, wild forest and woodlands in the hills of Jamaica, where the herbs grow in their natural habitat without human interference. We take care to harvest consciously so as to avoid disrupting the balance of nature.
7. Do you sell products to customers in Jamaica?
Yes, we supply products to our very own locals and at a cheaper cost! For delivery we use our local courier services.

8. My tracking number isn't working. Why?
It takes 1-2 days after orders are made for the tracking number to reflect on the system for items to be shipped. However, feel free to contact us for updates on your order.
