The Duck Flower has seem to reactivate my bowels to be regular like they were before but as far as purge experiences it didn’t happen to an extreme. I gagged a bit and threw up some thick white mucus and that was pretty much it.

My roots formula arrived in less than a week. The herbs look and smell freshly harvested. I take a small teaspoonful raw in the morning and wash down with water. The energy is almost Instant!

I cut my hair 3 weeks ago and it’s been growing better than it ever has. I do use other oils, but the Jamaican castor oil is my favorite! I love how silky and thick the oil feels but it’s not too heavy on my hair. 10/10 would recommend!
