Brace yourself! The taste is bitter and not pleasant at all. I have to hold my nose to block the taste in order to get it down. I hold my nose throw back the shot and quickly follow with water to rinse and get the shot down. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I will say I've noticed changes already. Changes in my mood, energy, digestive/constipation, and it has help with pms and menstrual symptoms. I've had issues where I couldn't lay on my right side since giving birth 10yrs ago its usually uncomfortable but now I can sleep on that side again. The only issue I've had is I've noticed that I get a terrible headache after taking it. I'm giving myself a break and will adjusted the dosage or amount but overall it has given me amazing results. I feel wonderful after taking this n recommend it to all my family

This shipment was fast and packaged securely. The smell is potent and strong. The taste is bitter and not pleasant at all but my trick to get it down is to hold my nose throw it back and rinse my mouth while still holding my nose to get past the taste. I have taken it for a week and must admit it works. My overall mind and body saw results. It helped with fatigue, stress and mood, regulate my digestive, and so much more. I stopped taking it and immediately noticed the difference. Unfortunately the only other downside for me aside from the taste is that I've noticed I get terrible headaches when I take the tonic. I'm going to try taking it at night to see can I get the Same benefits w/out the headaches. Any recommendations on why I'm getting headaches? I hope by changing the dosage and taking it later in the day will help. I'll see if I can update late... I would still recommend this product to others I have absolutely seen immediate changes in my energy and mood

THE BITTERS! Currently & definitely my favorite herbs. Extremely effective. I sit my tea throughout the day so it can Stat in my system. The bitters have played a big role in cleansing my temple eliminating parasites and clearing my skin. I take it in mornings I just started my second bottle, gives me a lot energy to start day. I take it on an empty stomach.
No complaints so far it’s more bitter than I expected but so far after view days I feel effects on my body in a different way ( good way) compare to others I have taken in past! I haven’t tried many root tonics on the market. I doubt many of them are as potent as this one. Paired with the purple gold sea moss is an excellent source for increasing iron levels which equals more energy. Not only does it give off energy it’s also cleansing. Enough can’t be said about this formula.
Order arrived very fast and well packaged. The taste is not the best but I guess I will get used to it. I shared my first bottle with my sister so now I will definitely need to order another. I have not personally noticed any changes but my sister says she noticed she has been craving less since she started drinking the Yaga Roots. I will update my review after my next bottle.
